People come by and they look at your face, and they say it's the fairest of all...

I've been feeling pretty down lately. When I start feeling bad I start picking myself and my appearance apart. It's horrible and it's hard to stop. My sister Jessica showed me this website tonight and frankly, it's amazing. I am going to take part.

According to Caitlin, the creator:
The goal of Operation Beautiful is to "end negative self-talk or 'Fat Talk'. If this little blog only does one productive thing, I hope it helps readers realize how truly toxic negative self-talk is-- it hurts you emotionally, spiritually, and physically."

I vow (from now on) to stop critiquing myself.
I am beautiful.
And unique.
And me.
I don't want to be anyone else.

Be sure to check out Operation Beautiful.
Because truly, we "are enough...just the way [we] are!"

With much love,
Kaitlyn

K - Glad to hear you say those things, you are beautiful, be proud of who you are, love your body, live your life to the fullest, learn to say yes instead of no, challenge your fears, your life is what you make it. Go forth and be the beauty that God has made you! Mom
